Knowledge we build together Honest and transparent Real people, real data
Personally documented · built together

Understand your metabolism — together.

I am self-employed and serve as a volunteer firefighter. I keep my name private, but not my data. I openly document how lifestyle changes my readings, using real measurements and carefully checked knowledge. You are invited to follow the process and learn from it — because together we see more.

My journey. Real data. Carefully checked knowledge. Since 2014, I have documented how food, movement, stress, sleep and everyday life affect my metabolism — personally, transparently and without promises of a cure.

My path

Not advice from the sidelines — my own path, shared openly.

As a volunteer firefighter and self-employed business owner, I know stress, night call-outs and the pressure to stay fit. Since January I have continuously documented CGM readings, laboratory values and training. I show both progress and setbacks, because that is more useful than a polished before-and-after story.

Why I write anonymously

My health history belongs to me, not to the internet. I work in public-facing roles and do not want every reading attached to my name. What you read here is still real: my data, daily life and mistakes. Only my identity remains private, so the data and sources can be judged on their own.

Clinical interpretation belongs with my healthcare team. This website documents my experience and does not provide medical advice.
